PRAYER FOCUS: COMFORT FOR THE SORROWFUL!
Listen to the Prayer Audio:
Again we come to You with humble contrite hearts seeking to be instruments of Your Love for our brothers and sisters. Lord, during this time of prayer we lift up to you all of our wounded, hurting, saddened and persecuted bothers and sisters. At the same time Lord protect Your servants gathered in these moments so that we are one in the spirit and unified to push back the darkness and spread the Good News of the Kingdom of God is here!
Lord, we ask that You keep us off the radar of the enemy and stop any of his foul deeds or plans to harm us in any way and to try to stop us from fulfilling our Mission. Lord, that the enemy’s forces be caught up in total confusion, dis-
aray and fall on their own swords of destruction! We rebuke the enemy in the name and authority of Yeshua! Thank You, Lord for putting Your Hedge of protection around us so that the enemy cannot hear or see what You have given us for such a time as this!
First, Lord, we intercede for all of our wounded soldiers in Your Army! Lord, with the balm of Gilead we bind up the wounds of those who suffered physically mentally or spiritually from all the evils of sexual perversity and sexual abuse to-
ward women and our youth. Especially we pray for our youth, young boys and girls whose innocence and purity have stolen from them. Restore them, Lord and have member of Your Army witness and display true love or a father & mother! Give encouragement and boldness of Faith for those serving the wounded by teaching, instructing and guiding in the ways of the Kingdom of Shalom/Peace. A peace that can only be grasped by allegiance and Faith in the Love You have given us through our Messiah and King, Yeshua, Your Son.
Father pour out Your comfort on all those who are mourning the loss of loved ones, especially those who live in and near and see violence, especially in our cities, like Chicago, Philadelphia, Baltimore and so many other cities, where racial strife, the curse of poverty and lack of family life abound. Comfort those families who have lost a father, mother, children friends, brothers or sisters because of the lawlessness that pervades our communities and cities!
Lord protect and give encouragement to those who respond to such tragedy as our law enforcement and firemen and EMTs who respond to the calls for help. Lord put an end to the racial tension and other forms of bigotry and prejudice! Thank You, Lord for the expression of Love through the hug and handshake and other means of communication that bring forth peace and reconciliation by the Presence of the Holy Spirit!
Today we are also united with our brothers and sister in Israel as they remember the holocaust of 70 years ago. That the scars of memories of their experience of the evil toward their people be healed and that they know Yeshua, the true Messiah. That we also do not forget we play a role in keeping the world and better and safe place.
Lord, we remember all who have fallen through our military and law enforcement in their moments of service. We pray for all those who have been wounded and gave their lives to defend and protect the citizens of this nation.
Lord, we are united now to protect and encourage everyone who needs a loving hand to get through their moments of sorrow, grief, and separation from those they love and cherish. Surround them with Your Loving Arms now and into eternity!
Lord, we also pray for those who have been wrongly treated by those who are corrupt in our government and its different systems, like the Justice system. We seek Your guidance in how to nourish, and heal all those suffering in this very moment whether it be physically, mentally or spiritually. Lord, give us a heart like Yours to be ever mindful of the needs of others. We seek Your Peace and Joy of the Resurrection so that we may be motivated to do and to give In Yeshua! Amen!
